Although this tune is sometimes called Herr Jesu Christ, meins, a separate wiki page has been created for Herr Jesu Christ, meins Lebens Light. The two tunes are very much alike--those differences can be seen in the referenced hymnals. When adding tune-based music to the tables on either of the two pages (Breslau or Herr Jesu Christ, meins Lebens Licht) make sure that the music is based on the specific variant.
